Terms and Conditions

This set of Terms and Conditions constitutes a final and legally binding agreement between the Participants and the Organizer of the Saudi Makes Future exhibition.

“Exhibition” refers to: the Saudi Makes Future Exhibition.
“Organizer” refers to: the entity responsible for managing and organizing the event.
“Participant” refers to: any entity registered under one of the participation categories.

The Participant acknowledges that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful, and shall bear full legal liability for any errors or omissions.

  • The Organizer reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any registration request without the obligation to provide reasons.

  • Registration shall not be considered final unless an official written confirmation is issued by the Organizer and all financial requirements have been fully completed.

  • The Organizer has the right to request additional documents and verify the accuracy of the submitted information at any time.

  • Participation categories include, but are not limited to: Exhibitors, Investors, and Sponsors. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or discontinue any category.

  • The Participant shall settle all fees before the specified deadline. No Participant may begin booth construction prior to full payment.

  • The Organizer may cancel the participation of any party that fails to complete payment, without compensation or refund, and may reassign the space at its discretion.

  • Entry badges are the property of the Organizer. They may not be transferred or lent without prior written approval. Replacement fees apply for lost badges, and the Organizer reserves the right to revoke badges immediately upon any violation.

  • Exhibitors must design their booths in a manner that does not obstruct visibility or hinder movement and must comply with approved technical specifications.

  • No modifications to the Organizer-approved booth are permitted without prior written authorization.

  • Raffles, promotional activities, or in-booth events are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained.

  • Audio and lighting displays must be controlled to avoid disturbance. The use of disruptive loudspeakers is strictly prohibited.

  • The Participant shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as all safety, operational, and conduct-related instructions issued by the Organizer.

  • Subleasing, assigning, or transferring the participation “whether in whole or in part” is strictly prohibited without the Organizer’s prior written consent.

  • The Participant must adhere to the designated installation schedule and may not dismantle or remove booth contents before the exhibition concludes. Penalties will apply for violations.

  • The Participant bears full responsibility for the security of their property within the booth. The Organizer is exempt from any liability during official exhibition hours.

  • The Participant shall be liable for any injuries or damages caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

  • The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or missed business opportunities arising from participation.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for travel arrangements or visa processing but will assist in facilitating such procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • The Organizer bears no responsibility for shipping, customs clearance, delays, damage, or loss of goods.

  • The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation arising from force majeure events, including disasters or unforeseen emergencies.

  • By accepting these terms, the Participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, irrevocable right to photograph the booth and publish related materials for documentation, marketing, and media purposes.

  • Participants are prohibited from using the exhibition’s official name or logo without the Organizer’s approval.

  • Participant data is collected for organizational, administrative, and analytical purposes. The Organizer commits to protecting such data and shall not disclose it except to competent authorities or contracted service providers.

  • While the Organizer exercises reasonable care in data protection, it shall not be liable for breaches beyond its control.

  • In emergency situations, the Organizer has the right to modify the date, venue, program, or conditions of the exhibition, and shall notify all Participants of such changes.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Exclusive jurisdiction shall rest with the courts of Riyadh.
